Review: This book is misrepresented. It is a workbook, a fill-in-the-blanks book that absolutely requires the textbook as a companion. If you are teaching from the textbook, this would be the students notebook. This should not be called a manual. There is no useful information in this book. Without the textbook edition it is worthless and if you have the textbook, what do you need this manual for. What a waste of money.
