Review: I am now shopping for a PDA specifically for use as a CRNA. I am most impressed with microsoft-based vs. Palm-based PDA... although there is no info. on compatability with microsoft-based system. Can anyone comment on this?

Summary: Caveat on PDA Software
Review: This is a critique on packaging not content. The "PDA" software that comes with the book is for "PalmOS 3.5 and higher". This is unforunately not mentioned in the description here or even at the publisher's site. It's not on the book either and can only be see on the disk after breaking the wrapper.
