Review: The book explains the geodynamic of the Earth in three point of view: seismology, petrology and modelling. A good review for one who just started to study the deep Earth.

However, the author used 'zigzag' method in his book (as he mentioned in preface)that often I found myself skipping some pages to find related matter I wanted to know.

Over all, this is a good book if you want to know the 'modern' geodynamic.
