Review: This book is the solid bible of animal nutrition. While the basics of nutrition are taught by the instructors, this is the reference book to be kept for years afterwards to verify nutritional content from every feedstuff imaginable. A brief explanation of principles, and then the outlining of critical and necessary elements of all feeds. Good for human nutrition as well. Highly recommend.
