Review: I was introduced to this text in my graduate coursework and found it to be utterly unremarkable. For a beginning student in this area it was a difficult book to follow. The information presented was vague and it was difficult to find specific topics. The author's coverage of treatment was fairly weak. With a strong teacher, this book may be more successful, but I didn't not learn much from this text.
