Rating: Summary: Amusing and Informative Review: I thought this book was going to be boring, but it wasn't t all! The author, Romy Fox, has written a sort of "Girlfriends' Guide to Back Pain" (although it's good for guys too), in which she gives you lots of standard (but good) advice on body positioning, exercise, proper lifting techniques, etc. But she also gives great info on reflexology, acupuncture, rolfing, reiki, homeopathy, magnets, DLPA and stress relief. I really liked this book and found it easy and fun to read. If your back hurts, here's a good place to start to solve your problem.
