The Little Black Book of Neurology

Summary: A standard resident pocket book.
Review: I'm a neurologist, and since the other review of this book was so bad (one star), I feel compelled to comment that this is a pretty widely used book and a useful quick reference. I don't know many neuro residents that don't own it. For practical day to day ward care, I preferred the Mass General pocket guide, but I do think this book also has a place.

Review: The only reason that I own this book is beause I received it for free. Information is sketchy and difficult to find in the book without an index or table of contents. (Subject matter is arranged in alphabetical order). Bottomline - even if you have unlimited money, dont squander your pocket space.
