Summary: Don't waste your time with the BRS
Review: This book is the book to master if you wish to crush your competition on the boards. If you only want to go into internal medicine or family then you can stick with the BRS for Step 1. But if you want to go into one of the residencies that require the highest level of cognitive ability such as Ortho, Interventional Radiology, Plastics or Derm, then you better get this book and start memorizing it. If you do, you can break 250 on the boards and crush your competitors!
