Summary: very good book for numerical methods
Review: I found this book when I was trying to find an in-depth explanation about the step size updating scheme of the RKF45 method. I had seen some other books (Including Numerical Recipes) but this one was the easiest to understand. It has many examples, tips and tricks about practical problems. It is definetely a must for people interested in numerical methods.The only downside of it is its price.
