Rating: Summary: A Workout That Works Review: This book is great! Not only are the workout routines and illustrations of the exercises easy to understand and follow, it is well written, informative and organized. As well, I enjoyed the fire stories immensely. My father is a retired fire Lieutenant, and myself in the field of medicine, both know the importance of being physically fit. Thirty minutes a day to workout is about all I have with such a busy schedule, and I now know with the guidance of this book, that is all I need. I feel and look better already!!
Rating: Summary: Slow, too easy, too boring Review: This video is painfully boring and would not challenge even the newest beginner to exercise. To much boring blather between each series of exercises. Explains at length very simple moves yet demonstrates poor (some time dangerous) form and bad habits. If you are looking for a quick and efficient workout - or worse, a challenging one - run, don't walk, away from this one. I wish I could get my money back!
Rating: Summary: Red Hot Workout Review: Three words. I loved it! This book got me fit, and helped me stay that way. I was mesmorized by the "fire stories," graphic tales about Stefano's experiences as a New York City Firefighter. I can't wait to read the sequel!
