Rating: Summary: Best guerrilla 'how-to' in print Review: By far the most complete, most thorough, best organized how-to for an army of the people. In it are the tools to make a people unconquerable and able to protect their own liberty.
Rating: Summary: Total Resistance-Required Reading for Freedom Lovers Review: I received this book yesterday, and read it from cover to cover that afternoon. Major Von Dach published this book in 1958, but its tactical information is invaluable even today. The good Major covers the major aspects of both passive and active resistance to an invading force, and the information he provides will be useful against oppresive tyrants everywhere. I found this book to be well written, although there are a few mistakes in editing. The illustrations could have been drawn on a larger scale as well. In my opinion, this book is a valuable resource for any freedom loving individual anywhere in the world.
Rating: Summary: This is THE book freedom fighters in occupied territory need Review: This is a no-BS crash course in guerrilla warfare against occupation - better than any of the others. If you can't figure it out from this book, all the others combined won't help you.
It shows how very-minimally-equipped guerrillas can effectively make any area ungovernable to occupation governments - providing, of course, that there is widespread hostility there to the occapation government. And it makes clear how very few guerrillas are needed to do so.
It's the book the Swiss government issued to its civilians to prepare them to fight back against any enemy - but that Washington wouldn't dare pass out here in occupied Red Nation, because it's the divorce manual for occupied Red Nation!
