Summary: Stargate Conspiracy - The truth?
Review: This book will offend many mainstream believers. Whilst it is indeed difficult to follow if you are not a big reader, the content is rich and attempting to expose some very relevent facts that would seemingly be ignored, particularly by the traditional school of Egyptologists. It also conveys information about the rather shocking methods employed by modern governments to control the general populous. There are also references to big names, such as Gene Roddenbury and Uri Geller. Books like this should not be taken too lightly, it is a serious attempt to show an untold side of an interesting story, it does not pass judgement or make wild claims it makes concluscions based on the facts and largely leaves it up to the reader to decide.

The title could be more appropriate and the content could be trimmed and formulated into a more versatile argument, much of the heavy fact detracts from the main point and on many occasions you will find yourself wondering what relevence a certain part has.

Overall.. A slow book, that may require two reads to gleen all the facts, but if you enjoy conspiracy and the search for the truth, this is well worth a look.

Summary: Utterly Worthless
Review: This is a very boring and poorly written book intended to discredit current popular researchers and their ideas about ancient Egypt.

It is difficult to place much credence in this material, given that the authors have so poorly researched their subject that they refer throughout the book to the earliest of Egyptian times as "Tep Zepi". As anyone who has ever read anything about ancient Egypt knows, the Egyptian "first time" was known as "ZEP TEPI".

Such shoddy research and editing is inexcusable, particularly since the aim of the authors is to discredit other researchers who clearly have a better knowledge and understanding of ancient Egypt than Pinkett and Prince.

The tone throughout this book is consistently dismissive and supercilious, in spite of the fact that the authors present little hard evidence that a cabal exists to brainwash humanity into believing that extraterrestrial Egyptian "gods" are about to return.

The fact that the book has no index tells you all you need to know about "The Stargate Conspiracy". This is not intended for the thoughtful reader who might want to reconsider or research some of the material presented in the book. It's more like a tabloid article that will not end.

Don't waste your money. I'll gladly give my copy to anyone who wants it.

Summary: Hilariously funny
Review: Watch these two conspiracy theorists ridiculing their colleagues! Picknett & Prince expose glaring and silly errors of other New Age writers, only to proclaim the stargate, extraterrestrials, and psychic experience as ultimate truths - but in their own interpretation.
