Review: a through review of hgh and antiaging hormones in a well written and easily understood writing style. Abundant refrences and lots of how to get it and how to do it yourself if you are so inclined. This is the first and only book to be offically banned by the NIA ( Nat inst of aging), that should say something. Perhaps they are scared that the information contained within might put them out of work.

Summary: Fascinating book -- I could hardly put it down.
Review: I received a copy of this book when I was introduced to HGH in an affordable form. It was exciting to learn that the "average" person now has access to HGH, rather than just the wealthy. Aging doesn't have to be inevitable, as we all previously thought. When a person reaches the age of 50 (and I am assuming that others feel as I did), even though we don't look "old" as 50-year-olds did a number of years ago, taletale signs of aging are evident: age spots, wrinkles, graying hair, hair loss, diminished eyesight and muscle tone, loss of vigor and sexual desirability. It is very exciting to learn of a simple and medically proven safe way to reverse the aging process and regain a youthful appearance and a more healthy body, as we had twenty years earlier. I've told all of my friends about HGH and the fascinating case studies presented in the book.

Review: Orally taken, (supposed), 'homeopathic' HGH 'precursers', 'secretogogues', or whatever they're being called in the latest industry scam, simply -don't work-. Ask yourself this: where are the millions of satisfied customers? There certainly are millions who have tried this stuff. Klatz is known to have connections with manufacturers that he doesn't mention. This book specializes is making _incorrect_ assumptions, such as:1/ If HGH injections work , then oral HGH will work 2/ If certain conditions can be helped with HGH, then HGH can further improve the strength of those who aren't sick, and 3/'1' and '2', as applied to precursers. If you read this book with wishful thinking, the examples may inspire you, but if you read with a rational mind, they will seem like the rediculous exagerations that they are. GOOD NEWS! there is one safe,effective way to up your HGH: short intense weight workouts.

Review: This is an well documented account of the a substance that has the power to change lives. The claims for growth hormone are based on medical research, and it is clearly indicated in the book where the research results are still inconclusive.
