Summary: Don't buy this thinking it will help you streamline PE's
Review: In today's health care environment you're expected, as a provider, to see patients quickly in order to be "productive". I hoped this book would help me to streamline my exams and give me tips on how to do a responsible but quick exam. The book doesn't do that at all. Though it has it's merits, and I liked its section on differential diagnoses of chief complaints, it really isn't much different from any other physical assessment how-to book. I bought it because my supervisor said I had to work faster, and it didn't help me.
