Summary: Excellent Plan!
Review: I bought this book on a whim and lost 20 pounds in 2 months! Amazing and easy plan to acheive your fitness goals. Be prepared to make better food choices and exercise though. This book provides structure for your own individual plan.

Summary: Wonderful book
Review: I happened upon this book after my mom bought it and it's been one of the first pieces of comprehensive eating advice I've ever encountered. The author sets you up with tips for how to eat sensibly, and I've become a lot leaner since following her advice. The personality styles thing is a bit corny at first, but the approach is so gentle and effective that it's become my little food bible. Most importantly, the author enables you to make healthy eating second nature in a very enjoyable, uncontrived way.

Summary: Brilliant!
Review: I've been meaning to pick up a copy of this book for a while. I always hesitated because I figured it would be just another one of those "diet books" that would end up collecting dust on my bookshelf. Not this book. This is any excellent book that actually makes eating better fun. The first thing you do is take a quiz which helps you figure out your main personality type + sub-types. You then follow an eating plan that works best for your personality. The amount of calories you can eat also depends on some various factors such as age, activity level, etc. and another small quiz is provided to help you to figure this out as well. I like how the author recognizes that we're all different. Some people need to eat mini-meals all day long where other folks need a diet made up of sensuous meals or gourmet type fare. Whatever your inclination, you will find a plan that will work for you in this book.
