Rating: Summary: Disappointing, especially after I found out Ann died Review: I bought this book because I liked the other book, A Cancer Battle Plan, so much. However, it must have been right after the first book came out (I really hope it didn't happen BEFORE it came out...) that Anne died. I didn't know she died until I read this book, and I was very disappointed to hear she died. After knowing that, using this book seemed like of pointless. After all, with all they did and all they knew, she still died. Granted she lived longer, but she still died. This book is basically a collection of all the latest and/or most popular alternative therapies out there, which if you have cancer, you have probably already read. Some of it gets a little extreme, with magnet therapy, etc. Will it save your life? Doing all these things will certainly give you something to try, but if you are a cancer patient like me--now with no job due to so called budget cuts (funny no one else got laid off) you might want to spend some hours of the day with those you love and doing things you enjoy. Taking supplements, juices, colonics on a schedule all day long may not be your idea of a new career, and a lot of this book encourages you to do that. My only comfort is, this book costs a lot less than the $3200 that going to their retreat would have cost, and everything they do at the retreat is in there, so buy this book and save yourself $3,200. Dave you sound like a nice guy, but it is hard to make people believe when they don't have the walking proof anymore. Sorry.
Rating: Summary: My Nutritional Bible Review: I did not expect to dive so deeply into The Cancer Battle Plan Sourcebook, but the information and suggestions were so compelling, even for one not suffering from cancer. It has become my nutritional bible. The step-by-step directions and explanations leave you feeling that you can beat cancer hands down, or prevent it from ever knocking at your door. A great guide for parents, as it can help you protect your children against toxic build-up while showing you how to establish healthy habits for a lifetime.
