Dawn keeps her readers' hearts and minds open as she guides us along the path to Enlightenment. A journey worth the effort, with delightful surprises along the way.

Review: At a time when humanity is struggling with our disconnectedness from the natural world - and our ravaging of the earth's ecological systems - this book carries a profound message of real hope and possibility. Sharing messages from individual animals and even animal oversouls, Brunke helps establish a "land bridge" between their understanding and ours. The animals' messages are profound and life changing - so much so that I plan to read it again with a highlighter. I find my understanding of the web of life and the nature of consciousness enriched and deepened by this book. It is a treasure. Just be prepared to leave your human-centered arrogance at the door - baggage you didn't need anyway. Remember how the Romans thought everyone else in the world were barbarians? They were wrong, too. Mind, like parachute, functions only when open.

Summary: Learn how to express your thoughts through your own name!
Review: I don't think I have ever started to read a book that I was so disappointed by. I was expecting a great, believable, down-to-earth book, and this one was far from it. I got the impression that the writer and the animal communicators she interviewed were expressing fantastic (in the true sense of the word) thoughts thorough animals. They all seemed to make out the animals as being these Godly creatures, with no flaws. They would "speak" of the world and humans from this "better than" place. I believe animals communicate, but I do not believe that all stare at the sky and are constantly contemplating the physics of it all, just as not all humans do. I also do not believe that they are more aware of EVERYTHING than we are, and I certainly don't believe that any creature knows how this magnificent system works. There are a few parts that I enjoyed, but I put down the book feeling generally disgusted with the fact that most of the characters in this book seemed to use animals as a vehicle for their own theories. *I highly recommend "Kinship With All Life" by J. Allen Boone*

The messages coming from the tiniest as well the the biggest animals on Earth will touch your hearts, and strike you to wake up, to look at life around you in a different way, and to respect every form of life. Whether or not you are on the path of learning 'telepathic animal communication' techniques, this book is for you, because the animals themselves come to you through these pages. Just amazing...

I highly recommend this book for those who are intersted in animal communication and changing their view of the human/animal connection.

Summary: Learn from the Animals!
Review: This is a wonderful book on Animal Communication. However, it is definitely for the "true believer" or the very "open minded".. If you are just opening yourself to the possiblilty of animal-human telepathic communication, this may not be the best place to start. This book delves much deeper, discussing animal past lives, inter-species reincarnation, life on other planets, multi-dimensional living, etc... There are points in the book that actually state "Those that are ready for this will read it, those that aren't won't.. " But, if you are truly open to the many possibilities out there, you will love this book. There is so much for us to learn from the animals. Each one offers a different perspective and a unique knowledge base. This book opens your heart and your mind.. making you realize how limiting humans are .. and how much they close themselves off to. Dawn Baumann Burke is a wonderful author. She takes you on her own journey.. She doesn't ask you to just accept what she says.. she shares her own battles with doubt and wonderment.. An excellent read!!.. One caution: If you are looking for a book that is mainly a 'HOW TO' for animal communication, that is not the main focus of this book... Still, if I could keep only one Animal Communication book in my library (I have several).. THIS would be it!
