It is quick to read and the touch and feel aspects invites your baby to participate! It includes one of bedtimes more challenging aspects, brushing teeth! The huge print encourages the reader to emphasize and put feeling into the dino's frustration at not having it's "binket." And it ends wonderfully!

It's not to involved that a toddler gets lost in the story. Like all of her books the illustrations are colorfull and happy. My daughter exspecially relates to the dinosaur wanting his blanket at bedtime.

As with any Boynton, the pictures are alive and expressive while simple and colorful. Absolutely delightful.

Almost every night, my 2 yo twins go to sleep with the sounds of "Where's my binkit!?" The girl twin refuses to go to bed unless she has it. BTW, we are on our second copy of it now...

Review: We have been reading Dinosaur's Binket to our now 12-month old for months, and she will crawl across the room to listen to it. We too have renamed her beloved blanket "binkit" in honor of the book. She (my daughter, not the blanket) loves the rhythm, the flaps, the dinosaur voice, everything except going to bed at the end. We have some of Sandra Boynton's other board books, but this is my very favorite. It's quite impressive how much "plot" Boynton gets in with so few words and the end is so sweet. It makes an absolutely wonderful gift.
