Review: There are lots of books on this subject these days, all advertising that they have information on how you can contact your spirit guides and interpret their presence in your life, but Andrews' is the only book I've used that REALLY achieves what its advertising promises. He approaches his subject -- and the reader -- with reverence and respect, and stays away from the "mystical mumbo jumbo" too many other books seem to lean so heavily on these days. I've found his insights to be right on the money every time. I use his book not only in researching and understanding spirit guides, but as a tool for dream interpretation as well. It's an excellent book.

Review: This title has been in my personal library for years. Meaningful insight to habitat and spiritual essence of animals. Ted Andrews is a great teacher. I have taken a course from him in faery-work and Animal Speak has a similar magikal and practical approach.

Review: Picking up this book three years ago changed my life. I bought it because everywhere I went I was seeing skunks. This troubled me a bit so I decided to listen to what was being said to me. What I "heard" blew me away. Living in the city limits my physical animal contact, but Ted's book called attention to the power of animals in my dreams as well as in my waking hours. Who knew what powers squirrels embody? I thoroughly enjoy this book and don't go more than five days without consulting it. I actually had to replace my last copy due to wear.

Review: I have read most of the animal wisdom books on the market today, and this is one of the best. Ted Andrews writes from his experience, not other people's ideas or things he has read in other books. He gives some excellent ideas about things you can do to bring the wisdom of animals into your daily living. Don't skip over these sections and read only the animal descriptions. Use his ideas and experience as a starting point for developing your own understanding of animal wisdom, and you will begin to discover your own animal wisdom appearing in your daily living.

Review: I began learning about animals and there symbolisms through this book. If I wouldn't have found this book, I would not have learned in detail what every person should know about animals and the different cultures that used them as symbols for their ceremonies and lives. I highly suggest to anyone to pick this up and to learn as much as they can about god's creatures. Ted Andrews will always be an inspiration to young writers like myself. thank you for letting me speak my mind.
