Review: This is truly a wonderful reference for those of us who want to know more about illnesses and medicine than we hear on the news or from a doctor. It can be a little difficult to read with all the medical jargon, but if you weed through it, it is a very helpful and knowlegeable book. My mother was a nurse, and we were constantly looking up things that we had heard mentioned but were not really explained to us.
