Summary: Improved binding! No loose pages
Review: I've found this conveniently-sized little journal to be my constant diet companion. It's really helped me to keep track of my diet & exercise habits, and to lose weight. Now I see that the publishers have improved the binding so that it's thread-sown, and the pages don't fall out! This binding also makes it easier to bend the pages back. I like to count my carbohydrate intake, too, and this most recent Diary edition has an added column for that. A great little tool for big weight loss!

Summary: Wonderful book!
Review: I've lost 25 pounds so far, and I only have 5 to go to meet my goal. The book is easy to use and carry around, full of great info, and the weight/body measurements tracking system at the back is excellent and motivating. I prefer the most up-to-date version (white cover) with the better binding and more columns to record information. I ordered two from Amazon at the same time and got one of the "good" binding and one that is not the most recent version. That's the only downside for a book that I would give full credit for my successful weight loss.

Summary: Powerful weightloss tool
Review: The only way to lose weight is to take in less calories then you burn every day. I knew I needed to do that when I purchased this book and the companion Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter. I decided to give use the diary for the ten weeks it covers and if I didn't lose at least ten pounds I wouldn't bother with it again. When I hit a weight loss of 20 pounds and still had some weeks to go I knew i had found a system that would work for me. And yes I did try all kinds of other diets.

Like other reviewers say it quickly becomes clear to you where those extra calories are coming from. I stopped using the diary and my weight loss stalled. It is so easy to forget you ate a little too much the day before.

How well has it worked? So far I've dropped two jeans sizes. My friends have seen my success and purchased copies for themselves.

I really like that it tracks your exercise each day. And it tracks your water intake. The fat counter helps me see if I am eating a high density or low density food. This little book taught me what was wrong with my diet.

Summary: Fantastic for anyone!
Review: This diary was a LIFESAVER during my on going weightloss! It was amazing how journaling my food intake helped me fight the "binges"! I would recommend this for anyone wanting to lose weight or identify problem areas in their diet.

Since this is exactly what our bodies do, this is an idea guide. I highly recommend this guide (and accompanying food counter) to anyone who is interested in weight loss and\or maintenance. It is absolutely well worth every penny. (Note: the guide is updated each year - don't foolishly give up the old guide, as I did, until you have the new guide in hand).

Summary: Loves this book
Review: This little book is so easy to carry around. I love the simple format. Makes it easy to keep track of calories. I used it the entire time I was pregnant and kept my weight down. I'm still using it and think it's fun adding up the calories at the end of the week. This is a great book. You can see your results every day and week.

Summary: Small, compact diary of food eaten and exercise
Review: This small book is a great place to record the food and exercise that takes place on a daily basis. It is small enough to fit in a pocket or purse. The only problem is that the pages fall out of the binding. I wound recommend making it spiral and adding more weeks. What a great price.

Summary: Helpful for munch-a-holics like me
Review: This worked really well. I got this book about two weeks ago and I've lost 8 lbs. so far. It definantly gave me an in depth look at what I was doing wrong and how to eat right.
