If you compare Mrs. Gail's book with Mr. Bluskov's , you'll find out Big Difference.
Mr. Bluskov's systems, total of 128 are with mathematicaly minimum combinations!
Keep in mind. Less Money out from your pocket......... for basically the same thing!

Summary: Don't Hold Your Breath
Review: A book titled "GUARANTEED WINS" is very misleading. It is a kind of ... claim that will disappoint the buyer who expects to win when he uses it. If guaranteed wins were a sure thing, lotteries would cease to exist. Don't expect Bluskov's book to tell you how to choose the numbers--it doesn't. His "guaranteed wins" depend on how many of the winning numbers you, yourself, have chosen. This book is no better than any other wheeling book, and not as good as some.

Summary: Dr. Bluskov book on "Combinatorial Lottery Systems"
Review: After 10 years of rigorous research, numerical system structuring and combination design, our organization which began in October 1992, actually found the book, "Combinatorial Lottery Systems (Wheels) With Guaranteed Wins," quite by accident while surfing the internet a few short weeks ago.After acquiring a copy of the book, studying it thoroughly and utilizing just a FEW of Dr. Bluskov's systems, we have won FIVE times STRAIGHT in the Texas Lottery. Dr. Bluskov's book has "all" of the 'right stuff' when it comes to wheeling! And what we found most unique, is the fact that where many systems leave off... Bluskov begins. He does NOT leave you hanging because.... "it's YOUR money you're playing with!" Then WE CONTACTED the Bluskov publishing company office by email "lottobook" ... and got even more info revealed that can change the way we play lotto altogether!!
Because of the financial NATURE of the info we received, we cannot divulge that info yet, but let's just say that Dr. Bluskov
has made our organization and members A FORTUNE!! If there are any doubts about the Bluskov methodology, they will certainly diminish with the acquisition of this book! Summary: Concise, informative and great value for money
Review: Combinatorial lottery systems is the pick of the bunch. It's the most concise and informative book in my collection. Bluskov has put alot of work into the structure of the book. Navigation tables at the front of the book allow quick and convient access to a system that will suit your needs. You'll have a hard time choosing because there's a wide variety on offer. Reference tables also detail the unnecessary number of games you'll waste by wheeling systems designed by other authors. The guaranteed win tables are also great. They let you know at a glance what you can expect when you're numbers come up. STOP WASTING MONEY AND BUY THE BOOK THAT PROVIDES THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GAMES FOR EACH SYSTEM WHEELED.

Summary: The book I needed for so long time
Review: Finally - I got it. That's the book I wanted. I was trying to play wheels for so many years, BUT now I have all the systems I was looking for. And what is the best - they are all composed of the minimum combinations. Most are even with MATHEMATICALLY minimal number of combination. Isn't it great??? What is more - the systems are highly balanced! (the knowledgeable people are guessing what I'm saying). Also I can see the winning possibilities for each system and can decide according to my goals - whether I'm aiming for small winnings or going for the Jack... :-)
Everything in the book is written easy to understand and I would say it is precious both for those who are just entering the world of lotteries and for 'professional' players. Honestly ... great book - must to have.

Summary: Not for Powerball or Mega Millions
Review: Great book for the old 6 number systems or if your state has a seven number draw. Doesn't help those of us after the really big bucks from playing Powerball or Mega Millions, there are no systems in this book for 5 number draws. Would be wonderful if the auther made a wheel book for 5 number draws. The auther is also right about Howard's systems not being the best.

review of Mr. Stouffer, and I decided to put my two cents worth of advice.
The book, for what it offers, is the best according to my knowledge.
The book is so simple and easy to read, my grandma (86 years old)
started using it in 10 minutes; I am sure my son (6 years old) will
be able to understand it without any problems.
The previous reviewer should have looked at the description better:
There is no pick-6 lottery in LA, so he should not have bought the book in the first place. I am not sure if he reviewed Bluskov's book or Howard's book "Lotto: How to Wheel a Fortune".
I wish the author lots of success and expect from him many new books from the same field.

Summary: The Best Lotto Book EVER!
Review: I cannot praise Iliya Bluskov's book enough. This is THE best lotto book I have ever used. Before I bought this, I had looked at Robert Serotic's, David Winter's, Prof. Jones' and Gail Howard's books on playing the lottery with systems, but their systems were not very helpful. The very first time I used Iliya Bluskov's book, I won 4 numbers out of 6 (plus lower prizes) and I have been thoroughly impressed ever since because the systems in "Combinatorial Lottery Systems" actually WORK on a CONSISTENT basis... The systems in the book are straight-forward and easy to understand, as are the guarantees. When studying the systems, you know exactly what to expect and how much money you need to play them. The wheels are also great because they vary in the amount of numbers you can use. I am eagerly looking forward to buying more of Iliya Bluskov's products!

The wheels and guarantees are clearly explained in a very tidy neat book. I recommend this book to anybody who is researching or looking into wheels as a way to play the lottery or lotto. Regards
