Rating: Summary: Marvelous! A Chinese-American heroine that's true to life! Review: The few romance novels that exist with a Chinese-American heroine hype on the dainty China doll and her "struggles" with her heritage and grandparents wanting to arrange a marriage. (Like THAT ever happens anymore). But this book doesn't go that route -- instead, Zoe Chan could be modeled after any young Chinese-American woman, with the emphasis on the American rather than Chinese.Zoe Chan is battling off her matchmaking sisters and mother, claiming that her life is perfect as it is -- though she secretely has a nagging feeling that there's something... missing. She's not sure what, but she's definitely sure that it's not the "China's answer to Pierce Bronsan" that her sisters are trying to foist on her. Instead, she's more preoccupied with the VERY handsome Chinese-American man who runs his own advertising company, and who has just landed the account of Brianna Lockhart's bridal gown company.... Hilarious and true to life, this is one of my favorites from Karen Templeton, and a perfect finish to her wedding trilogy.
