Ms. Thomason's writing is exquisitely smooth, her characters and plot entirely original. Loved it!

Summary: Even the Dutch translation is good!
Review: This summer my mother came home with this book. Not exactly this book but the Dutch translation of it because I live in The Netherlands. Windswept is good romance novel. The heroin is not a typical shy sweet girl. She is a about to step into womanhood and in spite of the time she lives in, knows very well what she wants and she goes for it.
Cynthia Thomason has got an good eye for detail wich makes this book not only romantic but also exiting and witty.
