Review: "When Lightning Strikes Twice" is the first book that I have read by Barbara Boswell, it was a wonderful romantic story and I'm looking forward to reading another by this author.

Summary: I thought this book was better writtten .
Review: I have read a short romance or two from her and found it less tantilzing than this romance. The characters are solid. they do not fuss over other peoples opinions like some books do. they decided they like each other and move from there. While there is a little come hither it does not reck the book. This author has a better frame work Than say the recent romances by catherine coulter but not nearly as good as the old Brenda Joyce.
