A Husband for Holly (Zebra Regency Romance)

Review: Lady Holly Bentworth and her two tepdaughters have resided in the dower house at Bentworth manor since her husband's death. Her match to William was not a love match, and she still wonders about the pirate who broke her heart. Paul Danforth, the Earl of Roxbury, promises to introduce his two nephews to a Season, but wants to spare them the pain of a broken heart like the one he suffered five years earlier. He had danced with the most graceful angel at a masquerade and promised to meet her in the garden that night to run away together. He waited for hours, but she never appeared. He sees that Lady Holly Bentworth has returned to town and hears the rumors that she is looking for a rich husband. Spirited Regency fun to read but bogged down by dialogue that seemed childlike and stilted.
