Summary: Get caught up!
Review: Caught in a Trap is the story of escaping an abusive husband, personal growth and finding a love well deserved. Jane Pierson determined to have a better life, planned a way out and succeeded. Along the way, she found a new love who would appreciate her. The author, Andree Michelle, displays a wonderful sense of humor, an ability to write sensually and to write a story of substance. Her portrayal of Devon illustrates abusive, irrational husbands well. Kyle, the new love needed a bit more development; the only reason I rated this story a 4 rather than a 5. Aunt Rita's character was brilliant! Ms. Michelle has gained a readership here. I will be looking to read her next offering.

Summary: Something to Think About
Review: Caught in a Trap was a book that really gave you an inside look at domestic violence. Her husband was crazy and he always felt she was the cause of his problems. He was an alcholic and to me just a crazed maniac.Jayna life started to change when she met Kyle. Kyle was divorced himself. He was kind of arrogant, but all in all a wonderful man. I was happy to see he and Jayna get together. Jayna almost lost her life each time her husband beat her. The scene at the hospital was awesome. I wanted to cry. If you have not read this book you should. You may know someone that is in this same position. Although in the book she came out a winner, everyone is not as fortunate as Jayna.

Review: This book took me through every emotion possible. Just when I felt like the tears wouldn't stop, I was bent over laughing. This was not an easy task for the author since the book was centered around a woman trying to get away from an abusive spouse. The author handled story in a way that opens your eyes to the horror of abuse yet let you know that for some there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The authors allows you to feel the pain that the heroine in the story feels and you can't help but cry when she does. The humorous happenings throughout the book makes this one book you will want to read and over and over again. I recommend getting two copies. Keep one for yourself and give one to a friend or relative. The author has definitely earned this reader as a fan.

Summary: Awesome!
Review: This was the best romance novel I've read in quite some time. Never before have I cried and laughed so hard! Jayna was such a strong woman to go through life as she did and not become scarred. I learned the true meaning of survival. Kyle was there for her from the time she told him all about her past. I was glad Devon got his in the end, but what a way to go. Kyle and Rita were hilarious!
