Review: I could not put this book down, it is so very well written.
I felt as if I knew Tanner and Mike, Renee and the others.This book is not the typical romance story, it's realistic, it's from a man's point of view, a man who is not afraid to look into life's window. Author John Sergey takes you on a journey that will make you laugh, cry, believe and inspire.

Review: Just as John Sergey's protagonist, Tanner Finley, learns his inner being is in transition toward another level, the woman he met in a dream materializes on the crowded deck of a cruise ship. Her name is Renee and she is a will-o'-the-wisp who leads Tanner on a heart-rending chase. Just when we think Tanner's got her - poof! - she's gone again. And all the while, Tanner is being jerked around by a bunch of metaphysical experiences that he doesn't quite understand. Along the road, he learns a lot about himself and his fellow man - about greed, betrayal, cowardice, failure and more. Does he ever capture the elusive Renee? Read the book. Sergey has written a knuckle-popper that has more twists than the Gordian knot.

Review: This book really captured me. There were so many facets to the main character, Tanner Finley, that I wanted to just reach out and hold him, embrace him and hug him. Even before I started reading this book, I knew it was something special; I felt it in my "middle." The author was able to put into words so many of my deepest feelings. Even now, three days later, I still wonder how he was able to reach into my head and heart and find my soul. Bravo, Mr. Sergey, and Thank You!
