Rating: 3 stars
Summary: The Black Swan - Revisited
Review: Lucinda and Annabelinda? Do they sound familiar to you? Yes, they are the exact same characters from "The Black Swan". Lucinda, like her mother, Lucy, is rather dull and Annabelinda is flighty, and gets herself into trouble.
Nothing much happened in this book that you didn't expect. It was VERY predictable, and had almost the same story line as "The Black Swan", only this time there's a war to occupy most of the storyline.
I miss the rich characters, and more historically embellished books like "The Siren", and "Knave of Hearts". This book was worth reading, but, if you've read several of the others, overall, disappointing.
