Until she can close that chapter of her life, she is afraid to put her heart into their relationship. Miles loves Aleesa and helps her find out the pieces of her missing puzzle. Summary: Survived By Love and Faith
Review: Miles and Aleesa's story was a very touching one. The history (Aleesa's background)really brought out the climax in the story. Honestly, i don't get why she would have wanted to put off her wedding, just to find her background. However, i'm glad that everything worked out ok. Both set of parents were compatible with each other and Aleesa and Miles have been through so much challenges. At least their love for each other and faith in them had help them overcome the obstacles which presented themselves.

Beautiful story...would like to see a movie of it someday.

Summary: Love is the only answer!
Review: Talk about overcoming something! Aleesa and Miles sure went through a lot!! I liked their story a lot! Their story exemplifies the meaning of a strong and loving meeting and later marriage! But I must say in the beginning I got a little lost with the storyline, but things got clearer by the middle of the story! Had me kind of worried, because it seemed like the story was finished. I was like "Ok the story is solved, then why do I still have half of the book yet to finish." But Riley showed me that things are not always as they seem!

Summary: too sweet
Review: the story was sweet but confusing in the begginning. as i read i caught on to the story. aleesa and miles story was very sweet about two very loving people who really cared for one another .i really valued the way miles supported aleesa through her search for her birth parents and i love the way her and her adopted parents along with her birth family came together as a family once they all met.nice but a little too sweet for my taste.

Summary: Interesting story with a lot of history.
Review: Trust in Love is a very interesting story beginning in 1935 when a young African-American teacher named Ambrose Miller could not get a job in the segregated school system in Georgia. The ironic thing was that the school board member who interviewed him was a red-neck with less education than Ambrose had. Ambrose opted to go to the Ukraine in Russia to teach them about a new type of cotton plant. He marries a Ukrainian woman and has a daughter with her named Svetlana. Svetlana comes to the U.S. to go to college in Boston. (She goes by the name of Lana in the U.S.) Lana meets a young African-American college student named Boyd Howell who reminds her of her father. She and Boyd fall in love, and she gets pregnant before they are married. The heroine of Trust in Love ins Lana and Boyd's biological daugher, Aleesa. Lana and Boyd were told that their daughter died at birth, and she was adopted by an African-American couple who couldn't have children. The bulk of the story is about how Aleesa falls in love with and marries a cargo pilot names Miles Kttredge who helps her find her birth parents. She ultimately meets the man who started it all, her maternal grandfather, Ambrose Miller, at her son's christening. This was a good, fast-paced story, however, I thought it was a little too drawn out towards the end. I thought that the story could have ended nicely at her son's christening where she met her grandfather.
