Rating: Summary: DID WE ALL READ THE SAME BOOK? Review: I enjoyed this book immensely. It was fast-paced and very hard to put down. Clint and Madison were instantly attracted to one another, and even though it seems that they went to bed together way to soon, unfortunately that is the way it happens with a lot of young people today. Who wouldn't want to spend a suspenseful, yet romantic night in the jungle with a man like Clint, or make love to him on a yacht in the middle of the ocean? I hated for the book to end, I wanted more of the suspense and romance. Two thumbs up to Ms. Harris for a great story.
Rating: Summary: A Fast Read Review: I have read all of Crystal's books but this one seems to be her best. I enjoyed this book because it had intimacy, danger and humor. I found as this story began it immediately took life right into the plot, not wasting any time for the reader. Clint and Madison's attraction is real, very intimate and they are quite humorous together. Even in the midst of danger they still find ways to give each other "kisses"! I admire the creativeness the author has done with this story about the agent, the drug lord and the house sitter. This is an easy one day read that you will enjoy. Congratulations to my homegirl for this one was GREAT!
Rating: Summary: A BOOK TO READ FROM THE LIBRARY ONLY!!!!!! Review: I quite enjoyed this story. It was fast paced, had a good combination of romance, action and adventure. The protagonists are gorgeous. There are some heated love scenes - hot yet tasteful. All things you look for in a good romance novel.I did find a few drawbacks however. Like at least one other reader, I found some aspects difficult to believe. I was also a little disappointed with the speed with which Madison and Clint got together. And the intimacy! A little too much for so soon - but definitely good reading :-) I actually prefer the build up of a relationship which leads to the sexual encounter. I still think it's a good novel to take to the beach or to just relax with. I really think 3.5 stars would be the ideal rating, but Amazon does not allow 1/2 stars, and I did enjoy the story, so I'll up it to 4 stars.

Rating: Summary: A masquerade indeed! Review: Was Madison that naive or just plain dumb? First, she becomes a housesitter at a mansion and her job is to feed the animals! Second, she has a set aside weekly income for grocery shopping. Third, the house is equipped with everything imaginable and then some. Finally, Madison is paid a hefty sum of money, which she believes is so someone can be in residence while the owner is away on vacation. Later, Madison meets Clint Santiago, a special Federal agent, in, of all places, the grocery store. Clint has a score to settle with the owner of the mansion Madison is housesitting. Clint stealthy manages to gain access to the mansion. Not only does Clint has access to the mansion, but also access to Madison's bed. I think the sexual act occurred too soon -- what was it? the second or maybe the third day after they met -- with the first episode occurring when Clint took Madison for a ride in the yacht. "Masquerade" is a suspenseful romance and adventurous. Madison and Clint are chased from the mansion. They leave Miami and goes into the jungles of Columbia, where they are faced with dangers. "Masquerade" would make a good action movie. It is a combination of what you would see in an Indiana Jones movie or maybe a James Bond movie.
