Rating: Summary: Great follow up to "Deliver Us From Evil" Review: This is another great book by Clint Kelly. Besides being easy to read and quite factual, the book covers a very little known subject, that of Armenians in Istanbul after the end of the Armenian Genocide and WWI. Like the first book, besides being a riveting story, this book deals with the spiritual and emotional struggles Armenians were going through in dealing with the Genocide. A main theme of the book is forgiveness, which is brave step for Kelly to take when writing on this subject. The book even includes Armenian traitors and vengeance assassins, which accurately portrays the complexity of the aftermath of the Armenian Genocide. This is again, a great book for those knowing little about the subject, and an excellent book to help Armenians ponder many of same issues they deal with today.
