When Winona Sylvia Glen wins a lottery to Paradise, she assumes her dreams will come true in the gift of her own gallery she names Mirage....When Sylvia is ready to paint, "she can almost smell the colors burning in her brain." The novel becomes a one-woman exhibition of paintings because of memories from Winona's past. Sylvia feels the ghost of her father (and other characters) surrounding her as she begins to decode her dreams...
