Review: From the reviews on this page I special ordered this book hoping it would be good and I was very dissapointed. The writing is choppy made it hard to get involved in the story line which I will admit is very creative. If you too are tired of every popular black author you read writing about what people are wearing, driving, how their hair looks like, and what club they went this book is not for you. This is an ok first effort but not 5 star material.

Summary: Love and Turmoil
Review: I could not give this book five stars not because it wasn't an excellent book but because the ending did not satisfy me very much. I believe that this is the first book by Sungee and I feel that she did an exceptional job in telling the story of young black people coming into their own. It was a mixture of sadness, happiness, and love, also a little animosity. She also didn't forget what happens to a woman scorned. I could not put this book down. It was an enjoyable read.

Review: I enjoyed this book completely. I read it in 48 hours. This book has all the drama, comical and sexually charged stories that are commonplace with a good soap opera. If you want a fun read, this is the book to get!

Summary: PICKING UP THE PIECES
Review: I really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. It was definitely a page turner. The characters are developed extremely well, and the way the stories come together in the end after progressively climaxing time and again was amazing. The elements of surprise and suspense were integrated almost perfectly. I would like to send a congrads to Sungee for a job well done. I look forward to the next novel.

Review: I thought this book was good, but a little slow. I would have like to see Senida bounce back from all that happen to her. One thing I got from this book is there is consequences to every action we take, it can be good or bad. This book reminded me that no matter what your status is if you don't have wisdom your life can be a total mess because of the bad decision you make. Keep up the good work Sungee!
