Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A good as always
Review: In St. Joseph's Medical Center in Vancouver, reconstructive surgeon Dr. Ben Halsey has an interesting case. Gemma Cardano was accidentally struck in the face by a 2 by 4 being moved by a forklift. Ben stabilizes the patient to help her begin healing from her trauma. He will reconstruct her badly damaged visage in about two weeks when her overall body regains much of its strength.

However, this time he has a live model to develop his computer imaging as Gemma's identical twin sister Sera is available to "pose" for him. As they work closely together, to his shock and elation, Ben and Sera fall in love. However, as Ben's patient Gemma begins to recover, she decides that her knight in shining armor, Dr. Ben Halsey belongs to her and not her sibling.

WOMAN IN THE MIRROR, the fifth St. Joe's medical romance, is an entertaining tale that centers on relationships during a health crisis. As with its predecessors, the story line is fun and enlightening as the audience gains an understanding that cosmetic surgery is more than narcissism for the rich and famous. The doctor and his model are a delightful duo while the support ensemble provides depth and intensity to a Bobby Hutchinson's super romance.
