Grant ,who is a lonely millionaire, helps her ellude the murders. The two mistakenly marry during a Mardi Gras wedding ceremony. The story moves along at a great pace and keeps the reader on her toes. This is a wonderful book.

Review: The heroine compares being at Mardi Gras to falling headfirst into a kaleidoscope. Marie Ferrarella has created a fast delightful journey through New Orleans where the reader is just as surprised as the heroine to witness a murder and to realize that what she thought was a pretend wedding when she hid in the back of the chapel is REAL and she's suddenly married to the hero.
