Summary: Storyline from Publisher
Review: 9 to 5 Series

Mitch Holden has made Ginny Morgan a very generous proposal.... If she is willing to be his secretary, Mitch will pay for her son's operation. Ginny is happy to work for Mitch, but finds it hard to get close to a man who has shut out the world since the loss of his family. So Ginny is stunned when her job of convenience turns into a marriage of convenience....

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: A classic cinderela met prince charming story
Review: The story line is very simple, when she was just 18, Ginny Morgan met and fell in love with "Mitch Holden" a young handsome boy, during spring break. After spring break over, he left and she found herself pregnant. Ginny had to bury her dream of going to college and ended up raising her young son, working as waitress. The elusive Mitch Holden had conveniently disappeared without trace until five years later when she read about a wealthy rancher by the name of Mitch Holden donated USD 1,000,000 for a charity. She made the connection and assumed that she has found her son's father. Needing money for her son's surgery, she went after Mitch Holden, only to find out that he is not the boy she used to know. Apparently, somebody took his identity and duped an ignorant chick some years ago. Mitch, being a nice generous guy who had lost his own family over a tragic accident, offered a secretarial position to Ginny to help pay for the surgery. She accepted - of course!! One thing led to another and she ended up a wife....how's that again? Not too convincing if you ask me, but why worry about how realistic the situation could be, after all this is just a light reading. The thing is, I expected more from Ms. McMahon, thus only 3 stars this time. I reserve more star for better story line.
