Summary: Is this handsome stranger a friend or a murderer?
Review: Mixed Messages by Dawn Stewardson is a very interesting and exciting book. It grabs your attention and makes you want to continue reading. Carrie O'Reily hears a message from her younger sister Jenny, that frightens her. Apparently, Jenny is on the run from a murderer and she says not to tell anyone where she is. Carrie is frightened and gets a knock on her door. A stranger named Sam Evans is looking for Jenny. He says that Jenny is the only person who can prove his innocence and the real murderer is trying to frame him. So he needs to find Jenny before anyone else does. Carrie and Sam team up to find Jenny but Carrie isn't sure if she should trust him. He may be the murderer himself or a real friend of Jennys'. Talk about mixed messages. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes romantic and exciting stories because this type of book makes you wonder about what is going to happen next. I really enjoyed reading this book because it describes everything in detail and I was able to picture it in my head. It made me want to finish the whole book in one day. I love these type of stories and so will you.
