Rating: Summary: A Night to Remember by Adrienne Basso Review: A Night to Remember by Adrienne Basso is a delight--it will give readers everywhere a night (or a day) of pure reading pleasure. Eleanor Graham, the heroine, is Everywoman--juggling a demanding career as a financial analyst by day and graduate school classes in library science at night, as well as a part time job that she hopes will turn into a second career! In the midst of the chaos that she calls her life, the managing partner at her firm, Joshua Barton, asks her for a very special favor. Now if Eleanor is Everywoman--Joshua is Superman...and the combination of these two is as sparklingly effervescent as the champagne Joshua offers Eleanor on A Night to Remember. This novel also offers strong secondary characters and evocative settings. The simmering passions between Eleanor and Joshua, as well as their mutual wariness, ring true...both fun and thoughtful, I cannot recommend this book highly enough!
