Summary: An Excellent and Delightful Story! Where's More???
Review: I have two Border collies and they are both working dogs, so when I began reading the book and saw Molly the Border collie's attitude about sheep which seemed so far-fetched and unreal, I was a little put off by the book at first, but decided to keep reading and I'm so glad I did as Molly's full character and personality came alive. Stobie Piel has a great gift for connecting you fully with the emotions of Nathan, Miren and Molly so that you seem to actually feel all of what they are feeling. You will laugh and cry through this book, but mostly, I think you will come away feeling like it's high time for another in the series since I don't think there has been another one written since this No. 1 in the series back in 1997! We are waiting for another book, Stobie! I hope it's about a Border collie again!

Summary: A terrific story of romance, passion and a determined dog.
Review: This is the first book I read by Stobie Piel, and it's warmth, humour, passion and plot twists kept me avidly turning the pages. The characters and landscape are described beautifully and the addition of one very determined border collie make this story one not soon to be forgotten

Summary: Wonderful
Review: What a wonderful book, especially for a dog lover like me. Molly, the sheep-hating border Collie, is such a character and I think Stobie has done a fantastic job of bringing her to life. Miren, the heroine, is delightful, and Nathan, the hero, absolutely delicious. When I was in Scotland last year I had the fortune to attend sheep dog trials and this story brought back many wonderful memories. I'll be looking for more books by this wonderful author and those in the It's a Dog Life series.
