Rating: Summary: The Story by Norah Hess is the Best! Review: I like reading romance books and I love Christmas romance stories and I read this anthology book of short story romances and like most of these book of short stories I liked some stories more then others. My favorite story was Christmas Surprise by Norah Hess, it is about Jassy Jeffers who is living on and trying to take care of her late parents farm and one day Luke Slater arrives on her property and rescues her from a band of lowlifes and than after seeing all of the work that needs to be done to her house and farm he offers to do the repairs for her and wind up staying much longer then he intended, I think this story was good. Christmas Star by Connie Mason is also good and about a woman rescued from freezing in a blizard by a disabled soldier and I liked the hero Jedediah (Jed) Wells) and his daughter Star but I thought the heroine Charity Fairchild though nice and sweet at times was kind of rude and onboxious at times too and I found her a little annoying. The Fourth Gift by Elizabeth Chadwick was ok but not my favorite. I liked the hero Jonathan Forrester, he was sophisticated and very smart but I think the heroine Merrill Fox was a bit much! She was kind of weird and her personality was very harsh and abrasive! I just couldn't see these two falling in love! Loving Devlin by Madeline Baker didn't really interest me. Not the best book I have ever read of Christmas romance short stories but also not the worst!
