Summary: FASCINATING!
Review: I really enjoyed this book not only for the very sweet love story but the history. I never gave much thought to guns or gunpowder in Europe in that time period. Only thought the Chinese were so clever and of course she gave all the credit to a wonderful Chinese man who was worked in as a by blow of a king. Also gave more of a different view of King Henry the warrior. Really did enjoy the entire story and of course anything she writes is historically fascinating.
