Review: this book was one of the best ive read.it had passion,wonderful characters that leaped from the pages,and a great plot.if yoou love scotland,youll love this book.when you finish this book youlle want to run out and buy all of anna leigh's books as i did. elizabeth from the lowlands learns she must marry robert kirkland,a laird from the highlands.she thinks he is a womanizer and he is a supporter of monntrose in the cival wars.not only will you fall in love with these characters,but also james graham,earl of montrose and also nat gordon and alistair mcdonald (all 3 were real life hero's)if you loves braveheart youlle love this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!enjoy
