Summary: Tired
Review: Its 2002 Im hoping romance novels could modernize just a little, I would really love to come across a recent romance novel with a few believable attributes. The 23 year old virgin was'nt shockin however her reason for not having sex up to then was, the fact that she was too hung up on an old love from when she was 18, and could not see any man but him sexually confused me. Usual plot just an average nothing out of the ordinary novel.

Summary: Robyn Donald is the best Harlequin Presents writer!
Review: This romance is better than most in the Harlequin Presents Line.
I have read over 500 Harlequin Presents and although there are other good writers in the line, I think Robyn Donald is the best. Her writing style is mesmerizing and she keeps the characters strong and believable and the settings real. The premise of this book is great. Rich guy has been in love with heroine since she was 18 and meets up with her again years later. She has been under the impression (through an overheard conversation) that he never liked her and used her when she was 18. So now they meet up accidentally (it seems)-in a jewelry store that she works at and he makes her model a necklace while acting as if he doesn't recognize her--What a great, tense beginning!! A romance ensues, full of doubts-- because they have to uncover the past and their individual fears. The story is like others in the line, but I think the author does a much better job of tension and character development than most.
