Summary: This is Baird at her best!!!
Review: I have read quite of few of Baird's books and this one is my favorite so far. The heroine, Parisa, is very interesting in that she was an oarsman and teaches sports. Her impulsive nature also adds fun to the story. The hero is intriguing and mysterious. You can definately feel the attraction between them.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A passionate story with great caracters.
Review: The story revolves around Parisa Belmont. She's somebody who likes to think "caution" is her middle name, but her impulsive nature always rises which she discovers when she finds herself breaking into an appartment to steal some incriminating photographs as a favor for a friend. But before she could escape, she finds herself caught...Caught in the arms of Luc Di Maggi, a supposed "blackmailer" and the man Parisa had denied her love to years before. Luc then makes a deal with her: to pretend that she's his loving fiancee during his mother's birthday in Italy in exchange for the photographs. What neither of them expect is for the plan to actually work out. They also don't expect to fall in love. As the truth arises throughout the whole story, you'll fall in love with Luc's Latin charm. The story is also just as unpredicteble and impulsive as it's heroine, Parisa.
