Rating: Summary: Wonderful story of the search for truth and honor. Review: The story of Frank Reardon and Ella Honanie is more than a simple murder mystery. It's a story of two people as they search for truths that defy "modern" explanations. The story relies on a belief in the power of the spiritual world to take over the physical one. Frank's search for an answer to stolen merchandise becomes his own search for his heart. A heart lost years before in a senseless tragedy. Ella's own life has been lived in response to a childhood trauma she has never understood. Together they will come to realize that the things in their lives that have been "broken" can be fixed through trust and love. I thought this was a terrific book. I have read Ms. Baker's other two works and enjoyed each one for the strength of the writing as well as the strong spiritual themes in each. I hope she continue to write for a very long time. The only sad thing is that she doesn't write more quickly!!
