Right, Curtis has some control issues here. The brother comes off as somewhat spineless and Jade could use some backbone. But I guess when two of the characters are going through therapy, you take what you can get. It's not as bad as it sounds, the story moves; you get involved with the characters but you just wish Jade's character were stronger.
