Summary: This is a well-crafted book with terrific character developm
Review: Accidental Heiress is a terrific first-book, well-crafted, with compelling characters. The Dalton brothers are sexy cowboys. The hero of this book, Jess Dalton is the responsible older brother who tries to set Ross on the straight and narrow while finding himself elementary drawn to the heroine who is claiming half of his ranch! Fighting their attraction and eventually their love causes lots of sparks. The suspense subplot is woven in well, involving Ross and setting him up to be the hero of Ms. Nichols next book.

An excellent read.

Review: Casey Marshall inherits a ranch. Before her physician-husband Dane Marshall was killed, he lent sixty thousand dollars to Ross Dalton to cover gambling debts when they happened to meet in Las Vegas. The collateral was one half of the Dalton family ranch in Montana....The local characters and townsfolk all add to the atmosphere of a closely knit community who really care about each other.

This is Nichols' first effort. Well written with some interesting twists. I'm waiting to read more from her!
