Summary: You won't want to put it down and you won't want it to end.
Review: "Cobwebs of Time" is a masterful work that takes the readers themselves, back in time. It is a love story narrated in first person by four main characters who take turns telling their versions as the story progresses. Initially, the story is staged on the campus of Elon College in South Carolina, somewhere in the 1970's. The characters meet on campus as college students and their fates begin to intertwine as they age and life's many crossroads have an affect upon them. Tesa Jones is a talented storyteller and her style of writing is refreshingly original. The story is riveting and the reader won't want to put it down. It is easy for me to recommend this work of art as a must read.

Summary: Cobwebs of Time
Review: As a spider delicately weaves it's web, Tesa Jones weaves a story of delicate and strong relationships that capture your heart. It is fabulous! I truly felt they were my friends, except they attended Elon College, instead of Mary Baldwin. It is a winner-read it!!

Summary: Fascinating Modern Saga!
Review: As an English major and now senior citizen, I decided to concentrate on reading and re-reading only classics for the rest of my golden years. There's just too much new stuff out there. That resolve went down the drain when I obtained a copy of Cobwebs of Time. It helped that it was set in my era and that I went to a southern university, but it was the characters who absorbed my attention and the way Ms. Jones introduced them. She has woven together the lives of four college students with great emotion, humor, pathos and mystery. I plan to stick to my resolve, but I will also be first in line for Jones' next book!

Summary: AMAZING STORY
Review: Cobwebs of Time is a romantic and sexy story about real life social issues. The characters are so well defined I felt as if they were actually real people - they triggered memories from my own life and from the lives of my friends (past and present.) I laughed (especially in the beginning) and I cried a few times too. If you are a "boomer", put this book on your "must read" list, and if you are a child of a "boomer" - read this book - it will make you see your parents in a different light.

Summary: First Novel - No Way!
Review: I believe no matter your age or your gender you can identify with one of the four main characters. I attended Elon and Cobwebs of Time brought back so many memories! What a read! I didn't want to put it down! Even read the last chapter and the epilogue over and over with tears streaming down my face!

Summary: GREAT BOOK!
Review: I recently read called "Cobwebs Of Time" by first time author Tesa Jones. As a 30 year old the book gave me a unique insight into my parents' generation and all of the changes and strife they went through. The book begins in the late 60's at a small southern college and lasts through the 80's. The four main characters (Brad, Laura, Jennifer & Kurt) face dilemmas that I believe mirror many of the same dilemmas faced by The Baby Boomers regarding The Vietnam War, The Feminist movement, sexual harassment in the workplace, drugs & a sense of loss over more simpler values and times. It was really a great read & also quite a page turner. You never know where the characters will end up, but you always care even though they sometimes frustrate the heck out of you - a result of the characters' own lack of self awareness & misreading of each other's intentions. I hope that you get to read the book and enjoy it as much as I did!
