Summary: Good clean romance
Review: I enjoyed this book as it reminded me of a Betty Neels book, nice and clean without much need for heavy thought. Its a good book to lose yourself into the sweet romance without any X-rated scenery. Marion is a woman who lost her husband and is trying to raise a son alone, and Luke is an egocentric doctor who came to value Marion's skill as a nurse, and soon a woman too. It was inevitable they would come together, despite the fairly ordinary obstacles thrown at them. I recommend this book for anyone who enjoys a sweetly innocent romance without all the raunch.

Review: Sweet Illusion

Harlequin Romance #3044 @1989 ,1990 printing

Author: Angela Carson

STORYLINE: Nothing in Marion's previous experience, however, had prepared her for the extreme mental and physical pressure of working with the General Hospital's Flying Squad. And nothing had prepared her for Luke Challoner--an arrogant, domineering man, seemingly without human feelings, who expected everyone to bow to his will. He was also the most attractive man Marion had ever met. Despite their close working relationship, Luke's thoughts and feelings remained private. One thing she knew, she was on Luke's team on sufferance--he still wanted a man in her place...
